Steven Rudnick, QuisLex Director of Legal Spend Management, is leading a session titled “Using UTBMS Codes to Understand Legal Costs and Mitigate Litigation Spend” to discuss the value of targeted key performance indicators (KPIs) and their use in predictive analytics. The session will be held on Monday, May 2 at 4:00 pm and will be followed by a roundtable discussion at 5:15 pm.
David Klein, QuisLex Vice President, Legal Services is joining leaders of VMware’s Worldwide legal operations team to provide insight into reengineering contract management to improve multiple metrics that range from reduced cost to improved morale in a session titled “Contract Lifecycle Management: Reengineering for Efficiency.” The session will be held on Monday, May 2 at 1:10 pm.
