InfoTrack named ABA100 Winner for Best Technology Product and Service Excellence at The Australian Business Awards
14 August 2015: InfoTrack has received two honours at the Australian Business Awards 2015, named as both the ABA100 Winner for Best Technology Product and ABA100 Winner for Service Excellence.
The Best Technology Product award recognises the company’s latest innovation, an advanced data visualisation tool developed in-house to push the information broking industry into its next phase of innovation. REVEAL is a customisable InfoTrack workspace where clients can easily integrate the results of multiple searches across different databases into a single visual chart, and has been very well received by clients with over 13,000 workspaces created by 2,500 clients since its launch in March 2015.
The Service Excellence win rewards the company’s dedication to delivering the best customer service, one of the company’s key measurements of success. Tracked in a wide range of ways, all InfoTrack staff from the frontline to senior leadership continually seek feedback from customers to improve current offerings and develop the innovative products the market wants.
