Press Release: Bedell Add Associate in Singapore

Bedell has strengthened its Singapore office with the appointment of experienced corporate lawyer Kristian Wilson (pictured) as an Associate.

Kristian, who has acted for a range of multi-national companies, financial institutions and international law firms advising on BVI law in corporate, financial and commercial matters, has joined Bedell from Conyers Dill & Pearman in the BVI where he has worked since 2010. His experience includes advising a number of leading US companies in respect of acquisitions, group re-structuring and joint ventures.

His earlier career included three years working in London and Paris, mainly at Slaughter & May, and a further three years as an Associate in a law firm in Jersey. Before studying law, he obtained an MA in International Relations at Durham University. He speaks both French and Mandarin Chinese.
