Minor & Brown, PC (“MB Law”), a well-established Denver law firm located in the Cherry Creek area, seeks a full-time Marketing and Business Development Coordinator.  This is a new position in the firm and will be an excellent opportunity for a marketing assistant who is looking for the opportunity to expand their marketing skills and help develop this new position from scratch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The person in this position will work with all of the attorneys and staff in the firm, but will report to the firm’s Executive Committee which is made up of the firm’s COO and Managing Directors to create and implement a consistent, overall marketing strategy.  Some of the anticipated duties and responsibilities include:

  • Update and maintain the firm’s website
  • Update and maintain the firm’s CRM
  • Monitor, update and promote the firm’s social media sites
  • Help develop marketing ads and initiatives
  • Develop and write content for website, social media, articles, etc.
  • Assist individual attorneys with marketing projects and presentations
  • Coordinate speaking and writing opportunities for the firm’s attorneys
  • Plan and attend marketing events for the firm including seminars, discussion panels, educational sessions, etc.
  • Assist with creative design and presentation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm.  A business degree in Marketing with an emphasis on communication and writing is preferred.  Qualified candidates should have excellent academic credentials; a motivated, self-starter mentality; a team-oriented approach to serving clients’ needs and a sense of humor.

Salary Range:

MB Law offers a competitive benefits package including free parking, health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and a 37.5 hour work week.  Salary commensurate with education and experience.
