A leading foreign law practice with more than 5 years of operations in Singapore is seeking a Regional Operations / Projects Executive to join the Singapore office.

Being part of this growing and evolving team, you play an important and pivotal role where your key responsibilities will be broad, encompassing and highly interactive with senior stakeholders across Singapore and Asia Pacific region. You are exposed and involved with not just operational and administrative activities but also in strategic research and development duties. Your role contains the ability to contribute business acumen into the broader and bigger picture.
A typical day starts with you entering the office with a positive mind and professional disposition. You will engage your internal stakeholders including senior lawyers, line managers and peers with casual conversations and information sharing. Throughout the day, you will be juggling tasks and making sure that the coordination and operations of the team is run smoothly. You will be heavily involved in liaising with legal recruiters, collation of CVs, managing the backend recruitment processes, tracking data and managing the internal recruitment systems. You would prepare contracts, manage invoicing, liaising with finance team to ensure all reporting and processes are in place. Your week also include financial reporting, regional coordination duties with internal offices, managing database, marketing and client development administration tasks and other projects coordination.

Note that this role would require you to start off on a contractual basis before moving on to a permanent function.
About the manager/ team
You report into the Business Manager based in Singapore and are part of the bigger team of 25 including 6 in APAC. Ability to work in a highly commercial and multi-cultural team is a must. You should enjoy the communication and interaction with people of various backgrounds.
skills & experience required
You have a proven track record with combined experience in project management and/or operations, preferably in a professional services or legal firms. You have experience working closely with the senior stakeholders notably in a regional capacity and display proven commercial exposure to proactively undertake a support function across a range of disciplines in operations, recruitment, processes and finance. A Degree in business management would be highly preferred.
In return this role will offer a salary up to S$5500 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a challenging work experience!
