In this varied role with a global law firm the BD Co-ordinator will provide support for the BD activities and initiatives of the EMEA and Global BD team members, based in the firm’s London office, to assist in the realisation of their commercial and marketing goals.
You will assist in the preparation of pitches; help drive forward the implementation of the EMEA client action plans in support of the business plan and related BD initiatives; be involved in the drafting of submissions for legal directories and award entries and a variety of marketing communications; maintain a deal list and ensure opportunities are captured in the firm’s CRM database; and undertake client, market, sector and decision-maker research and analysis and opportunity spotting research.
To be successful in this role you must be a flexible, committed and enthusiastic graduate with relevant business development e and marketing experience in a professional services firm, to include exposure to client relationship management. A team player with a Creative and strategic mindset, the BD Co-ordinator will also possess excellent IT, negotiating and communication skills combined with a high attention to detail and the ability to work on their own initiative and under pressure to tight deadlines.
