Position: Knowledge Coordinator (UK)

A dynamic professional services company has an exciting new role for a Knowledge Coordinator. Working within a global team the Knowledge Coordinator will act as ‘information gatekeeper’ for multiple communities within the organisation. You will be required to:

  • collect, organise, and publish project information
  • identify gaps within information tools and resources
  • collaborate with leadership teams firm-wide
  • monitor and deliver client industry trends
  • monitor quality and usage of information resources
  • provide training in the use of web-based knowledge management applications including the intranet and digital library

To be considered for this role you will have had experience with knowledge management systems and their implementation; have a passion for knowledge management; be well organised; have confidence and enthusiasm and have excellent interpersonal skills in order to collaborate with colleagues at all levels across the organisation. This role would suit a fairly recent Information or KM graduate with some post qualification KM experience in a professional organisation.
