EXECUTIVE OFFICER (REPRESENTATION & LAW REFORM) – 9-MONTHS CONTRACT
We are looking for a candidate to assist in the day-to-day administration of the Personal Data Protection Act (‘PDPA’) Legal Advice Scheme.
Responsibilities
Attend to phone enquiries and provide personalised services to the enquirers
Provide accurate and efficient processing of standard PDPA checklist
Ensure documents associated with the scheme are duly completed by the concerned parties
Assist and liaise with all parties in payment matters and preparation of reports
Liaison of the panel lawyer to the enquirer and provide assistance to the enquirer and lawyer in organising a meeting for the consultation
Assist in collating and providing consolidated feedback on the scheme on an ongoing basis
Requirements
At least 2-4 years of working experience
Basic degree in any field
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Interest to learn and build new skills, knowledge and capabilities
