Job Vacancy: Corporate Lawyer
We are currently looking to hire a full-time Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Malta.
The successful candidate must have a first experience in Corporate Services and Law and have a warrant to exercise the legal profession in Malta. Proficiency in both spoken and written English, as well as Microsoft Office are also a must. The chosen candidate will be a dynamic team player with a pro-active approach, able to take initiative and work with tight deadlines.
Duties shall include:
- drafting and reviewing contracts
- be a point of reference with the regulators
- drafting and implementing corporate governance and compliance documentation
- assisting clients in their corporate, business and legal needs for their operations
Remuneration will be commensurate with work experience and qualifications.
