Are you a common law qualified Corporate Associate with more than 2 years of post-qualification experience? If so, a rare opportunity has arisen for you to join a market leading international law firm in Hong Kong.
You will be an integral part of a consistently busy corporate practice working on a variety of transactions including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and inbound investment.
It is not essential for this position that you have any prior experience in the region but it is required that you are qualified in a common law jurisdiction. Unusually, Chinese language skills are not necessary but you must have strong academics and be fluent in written English.
