Knowledge Management Administrator

We currently have a 6 month opportunity, for a Knowledge Management Administrator to join our busy team in Sydney, reporting to the Associate Director Know-How.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and updating web content using our content management system,
  • scheduling and organising meetings for the team,
  • uploading information onto the Knowledge Management database,
  • system testing,
  • administrative assistance on related projects, and
  • various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the team.

The successful applicant would ideally have:

  • advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
  • a service orientated approach
  • previous experience using a web content management system
  • previous experience working in a law firm / professional services would be highly regarded but is not essential.
