Paul Gazzolo New VP Of Publishing At CCH In The US

CCH, have announced that Paul Gazzolo has been appointed Vice President of Publishing, effective April 4. Gazzolo will report to Mike Sabbatis, CCH President & CEO.

“CCH is leading the profession, integrating premier content into workflow solutions and delivering information through innovative online, mobile and e-book applications,” said Sabbatis. “Paul’s leadership will be critical to extending that success, providing active intelligence to our customers whenever, wherever and however they need it.”

Gazzolo joins CCH from World Book Inc., the world’s leading encyclopedia publisher. As President, he led the publisher’s digital transformation and expansion beyond libraries into K-12 classrooms with innovative curriculum products, as well as its aggressive international expansion. Previously, Paul was Chief Operating Officer of the Martindale-Hubbell division of LexisNexis Group, a $3 billion provider of information and networking resources, with responsibilities spanning strategy, revenue and profit. Paul has also held management positions at LexisNexis and Procter & Gamble.

Gazzolo received his Bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y. He will be based in Riverwoods, Ill.
