WELCOME TO CHINA ARBITRATION SURVEY!

My name is Monika Prusinowska and I work as an assistant professor at the China-EU School of Law at CUPL in Beijing. I recently launched the China Arbitration Survey, which has been designed to develop information on both practical experience and expectations of various participants of arbitration proceeding in China. It intends to explore the status quo and China’s pursuit in an arbitration-friendly direction. Apart from using the survey results in the Phd analysis, I intend to publish these results in an academic article to present it to the interested readers.

In case you have had experience with foreign/foreign-related arbitration cases seated in China (in any role – as a counsel, arbitrator, case manager etc.) over the last 5 years, I would kindly like to invite you to participate in the survey.

The survey is anonymous and your answers to any of the survey questions will be kept as confidential and only for academic usage. The survey will remain available to be completed until March 8, 2017. The links for the survey (English or Chinese version) can be found here:

English version: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/arbsurveyen

Chinese version: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/arbsurveycn

Also, in case you find this research undertaking to be useful, please feel free to further circulate the survey.

Kind regards

Monika Prusinowska
