Traditionally the big end of town legal publishers have paid editors (law firm employees) peanuts for the so called kudos of being the editor of the blah blah legal insights weekly and following them the likes of Chambers, Legalease, Mondaq and their ilk got even smarter and made clients pay to do all the work and all they did was pretty it up and distribute it.
Now I’d suggest that with the use of the tech being talked about in this doc smaller firms can not only generate high end information they can use AI tech to reach previously unattainable client bases.
How do you do this?
Easy…. Media organisations are and will be firing editor and journalists left right and centre this year as they dumb down their content and hand it over to this technology.
All a small law firm needs is one organised individual willing to learn new tech with already existing writing and editing skills and you can create your own publishing and knowledge powerhouse.
It is no longer in the realms of fantasy for sme law firms
