Lawyers Weekly is reporting........KWM chief denies fallout with O’Malley. Speaking with Lawyers Weekly, Fuller said he and O’Malley remain “good friends” despite media reports claiming the relationship between the men had become strained. Here at ALE we don't know whether this is true or not about their personal relationship  but we do know that "cultural" differences between the firms hasn't made life easy for some Mallesons partners and especially we gather on the mainland. Lawyers Weekly also questioned Fuller on reports that KWM is set to merge with UK-based global firm SJ Berwin, and the firm’s alleged failed merger talks with Singaporean firm WongPartnership. Fuller declined to comment, describing the reports as market speculation and rumour.
