Barrister Ishtiaq Ahmed Memon, Vice-Chairman, Sindh Bar Council, and Mr. Ayaz Hussain Tunio, Chairman Executive Committee, Sindh Bar Council, strongly condemn the unlawful attack on the residence of learned Advocate High Court Mr. Shahid Zaman Malkani at Village Dargha Malkani Shareef, District Dadu, during which his house was allegedly damaged by the accused persons.
According to the learned Advocate, certain persons unlawfully attacked his residence, caused damage to the property, and created fear and insecurity for him and his family. It has further been alleged that despite the seriousness of the incident, the accused persons have yet to be brought to justice.
The Sindh Bar Council demands from the Inspector General of Police, Sindh, SSP Dadu, and other concerned authorities to immediately take notice of the matter, ensure the arrest of the accused persons, conduct a fair, impartial, and transparent investigation, bring the culprits before the competent Court of law without delay, and provide adequate protection to learned Advocate Mr. Shahid Zaman Malkani and his family.
