Ruth Bird the librarian at the Bodleian sent out a note this week saying…
That they are now able to update information about the library’s Document Delivery Service.
They are now able to supply documents electronically via email, as pdfs, as well as by fax, and via the post. Users of the service do not need to sign up for membership; under their CLA Licence they supply both personal and commercial requests.
She goes on to say:
Our extensive open access holdings include superseded editions of key legal texts, one of the gems of this collection.
Details of the document delivery service can be found

Or their database at http://www.ouls.ox.ac.uk/law/collections/lawreports_and_journals which lists the law journals and law reports they hold.
