Being Law.com we can only give you the headline but that’s enough here at HOB.
For the past quarter of a century we’ve watched partners and consultants and this type of media do their best to weaken critical thought and analysis at law firm libraries . The former so they could save money and the latter so they could steal the budgets that should have gone to the librarians and especially their wage packets.
Now of course it is becoming increasingly obvious that what firms should have invested in is human capital in terms of law librarians ( not knowledge managers) who knew their stuff.
A dose of cold and indigestible cold porridge is coming their way as they struggle to find more decent new librarians and re-hire the ones they treated so appallingly in the past.
As for those male legal knowledge consultants – there’s a handful of them, they know who they are our header image says what we’d like to happen to them.
Tell us what the article says although to be honest I’m not really that interested
