Edward Stephen Fullman, born September 27, 1950, in Silver City, NM peacefully passed away in Lipan, TX, on March 20, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nella Fullman and Edward Fullman.
Stephen leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Marcia Fullman, his sister Georgia Fojtasek and brother Philip Fullman, his daughters Andrea Hinkle and Elexis Grimes, his stepdaughter Kristin Kuhn, and his stepsons Blake Thompson and Jason Thompson. He was a cherished grandfather to Eddie Hemmert, Rodney Hemmert, Paige Hemmert, Caleb Monticone, Joshua Grimes, Jarrett Kuhn, Charlie Kuhn, and great-granddaughter Kori Kuhn.
Stephen ‘s journey began in New Mexico, where he spent his formative years before relocating to El Paso, where he met the love of his life, Marcia. Their love story led them to Gatesville, TX, where Stephen pursued a career as a Law Librarian until his retirement from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. In their later years, Stephen and Marcia settled in Lipan, TX, to be closer to family.
A man of many passions, Stephen was dedicated to his family, ensuring that each member received handwritten notes for every holiday, birthday, and special occasion. He found solace and joy in tracking the weather, a hobby that brought him immense fulfillment.
Above all, Stephen was guided by his unwavering faith in God, family, and country. His life exemplified the values of love, compassion, and integrity. His faith in God was the cornerstone of his existence, shaping every decision and action he took.
Stephen Fullman will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, a testament to a life well-lived and a love that endures beyond the confines of this world.
