Norton Rose Adds Partner in China

The Norton Rose Group,? has announced that corporate finance partner Michael Wilton has joined the Norton Rose LLP’s Beijing office from Norton Rose Australia’s Melbourne office.


Prior to his appointment to Beijing, Michael was the Head of the M&A and Equity Capital Markets Group for Norton Rose Australia.

With over 25 years as a corporate and commercial lawyer and a long-standing member of the Australia-China Business Council, Michael Wilton has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, and also specializes in equity and debt capital markets. His expertise includes cross-border transactions involving Chinese outbound investment.
