New Titles Published On Law In China

Albert Chen at the Faculty of Law University of Hong Kong has sent a message to China Law List highlighting two new publications concerning law in China and the region.



The first book, co-edited by Prof. Gillespie and Chen? is on “Legal Reforms in China and Vietnam”, which contains several chapters on Chinese law:

There is also a special issue on “Chinese Law at the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the PRC’ in the Hong Kong Law Journal. Nine artices on Chinese law appear in this special issue. The issue was published in 2010, although the no. of the issue is “part 3 of 2009” (volume 39 of the Hong Kong Law Journal). The journal is available on Westlaw and Hein On Line (which is not as up to date as Westlaw as far as this Journal is concerned).
