New Partner For Norton Rose In Beijing

Norton Rose LLP has  announced the appointment of Jing Wang as a corporate partner in Beijing. He will join the practice from

Allen & Overy where he was Counsel in the Beijing office.




 
Jing focuses on M&A, advising major Chinese and global corporates on strategic M&A activity. He has particular expertise in the

biotech, food and beverages sectors. He?s dual qualified, having been admitted to the PRC Bar in 1998 as well as the New York

State Bar in 2002.
 
Jing?s arrival grows the Norton Rose LLP team in Beijing to six partners, including existing corporate partners Tom Luckock,

Michael Wilton and Wang Yi. The practice is part of a team that has been in the region for more than 30 years, and currently has

offices in each of China?s key commercial hubs: Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
