Nicholas Dunstone joined the magic circle firm this week from Australian practice Henry Davis York, where he was a partner in the firm’s Sydney headquarters. He will relocate to Hong Kong in the New Year.

Dunstone’s appointment coincides with the launch of CC’s Australian finance practice and follows the relocation of Scott Bache, the head of the firm’s Asia restructuring practice, from Hong Kong to Sydney on 19 September.
CC entered Australia’s legal market six months ago, following a merger with Perth’s Cochrane Lishman Carson Luscombe and Sydney’s Chang Pistilli & Simmons.
