The online tracker, which was highly rated by clients following a pilot in 2019, has been scaled up to include some great new features and is now more widely available. Clients can now see all stages of their grant applications – from the time an application is first made to subsequent determinations including, transfers, appeals and terminations. Where clients have multiple applications, they can see the status of all applications in one place. Where a client is unable to access the Grants Tracker, for example because they are in prison, they can nominate a person to receive updates on their behalf.
