Minter Ellison has lost its former head of construction, engineering and infrastructure, David Fabian, to Lander & Rogers’ Sydney office. Fabian has taken a senior partner role and will be responsible for growing a national projects, construction and infrastructure practice for the firm.
Fabian brings an extensive body of experience in these industries to the firm, the firm said. His expertise is in negotiating and managing major projects, project administration and dispute management. He is also trained and experienced as a mediator.
In another major coup for the firm, Neil Napper, former head of PricewaterhouseCooper’s employment and industrial relations group has joined Lander & Rogers’ workplace relations and safety group as a partner in the firm’s Sydney office.
