Mike Berners-Lee To Give Keynote Speech At UKELA Conference

We are delighted to announce that Mike Berners-Lee will give the key note address on Friday 30 June live from Reading University.  Mike consults, thinks, writes and researches on sustainability and responses to 21st century problems. He is the author of acclaimed books including: There is No Planet B: A Handbook for the Make or Break Years and How Bad Are Bananas? The carbon footprint of everything, Mike is a professor at Lancaster University, where his research includes supply chain carbon modelling, sustainable food systems and the environmental impact of ICT.

Join us for a mix of online and in person sessions throughout the conference week between 27 and 1 July (all online 27 to 28 June, and at Reading University on 30 June to 1 July).  Please make the most of the early bird offer and join us to enjoy those in person moments and networking opportunities that are just not so easy online.
