Everlove & Associates is a consulting firm that manages law firm libraries. We have been in business since 1976, with more than 20 employees in over 100 law firms throughout the state of Florida. We are not temporary employees and our jobs are not temporary. Many of our staff have been around for more than ten years and most have worked in the same law firms for their entire employment. Our staff members have flexible schedules and some benefits are offered for proven part-time employees. While our schedules are flexible, all work must be performed during the normal business week.

We are currently hiring both a full time and part time Assistant Law Librarian to work in downtown Miami. Library experience is required for both jobs.
Position one: About 35 hours per week. College degree required. The work includes answering legal reference questions and document retrieval along with some loose-leaf filing.
Position two: About ten hours per week. College degree required. The work includes processing library publications and filing loose-leaf materials.
Skills:
**Library experience required**
Online research skills including Westlaw and Lexis
Demonstrated ability to work on your own
Attention to detail in performing repetitive tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially written communications
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Access data entry
Professional appearance
