Mayer Brown announced today that its global Capital Markets practice has launched a blog, “Free Writings & Perspectives.”

Anna Pinedo, Mayer Brown partner and co-leader of the firm’s global Capital Markets practice, will edit the blog. The blog will analyze and comment on capital markets developments and trends, including public and private financings, legislative efforts intended to facilitate capital formation, the IPO market, and other trends.
Ms. Pinedo said, “The launch of this blog enables our team to provide relevant, up-to-the-minute news and commentary.”
