We are a foreign-managed, Chinese law firm that exclusively supports US and European businesses that invest in or do business with China, in the fields of corporate / investment, commercial, IP, employment, tax / customs and dispute resolution. Our team consists of Chinese lawyers and foreign consultants that provide efficient, practical solutions to the legal challenges that our clients face.
We are now looking for a marketing manager to join our team. His main tasks will be:
(1) To establish and maintain relations with international law firms, international chambers of commerce and foreign consulates general in Shanghai that regularly refer cases to us;
(2) To find new marketing outlets;
(3) To promote R&P’s recent pubications including “Chinese Commercial Law: A Practical Guide”, which guides foreign businesses on legal issues in China.
(4) To take charge of R&P’s quartely legal briefing, and to prepare other marketing materials for clients, prospective clients and referral partners.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 6-12 Months
Additional Languages: Chinese is a plus
