Manager, Legal & Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
Formulate and update internal policies and guidelines
Review marketing materials, product brochures, forms, correspondence with regulators etc.
Conduct compliance review on operational issues
Handle customer complaints and internal enquiries relating to compliance issues
Organize compliance training

Job Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Law
At least 5 years’ audit or compliance experience preferably in the insurance or banking industry
Sound experience of the Insurance Companies Ordinance is an advantage
Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies would be an advantage
Independent, self-motivated, a good team player and able to work under pressure
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Chinese word processing
