Lupton Fawcett is a well-established integrated corporate and commercial law firm with offices in Leeds, Sheffield and York. We now have an exciting opportunity in the Leeds office for a Knowledge & Information Officer to join an expanding and successful team, where you can shape your own future.
The role will require the successful individual to assist with enquiries and research, often working to tight deadlines. It will also involve ensuring the firm’s intranet and knowledge bank are kept fully up to date, as well as maintaining the print and online collections and providing training to all employees to ensure they are getting the most out of the resources available.
Applicants should be enthusiastic, conscientious and team-focused with good communication skills and an approachable personality. They should also be self-motivated and a fast learner, being able to work well as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
You will be based in our Leeds office however will need to be flexible in travelling to our other offices in Sheffield and York as required.
The department is relaxed and informal, but extremely professional. We put clients’ needs first, so you will need to have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to work to and meet deadlines, whilst having an excellent eye for detail and a concern for quality and accuracy.
We are looking for someone who has a desire to progress their career as a Librarian, specifically within a professional services environment.
Salary is based on experience.
