A leading law firm is looking for an experienced Content Manager. You will be based within the Marketing & Communications team and will be tasked with providing specialist skills in generating and perfecting content to support the firm’s go-to-market strategy and build the firm’s brand, internally and externally.

The Content Manager will be responsible for driving quality content creation and helping the firm develop a more coherent approach to content development and dissemination, to provide a high quality, consistent and distinctive experience for clients and other audiences, in an increasingly crowded and competitive environment. The role holder will review existing content marketing activity and develop and implement standards and processes which improve editorial quality, efficiency of content development, and its effectiveness in building the firm’s brand and winning business. You will monitor the success of content campaigns and constantly improve and evolve the programme. You will also play a key role in developing and supporting a range of new initiatives that will enhance the firm’s profile raising activities, in particular using your knowledge of copy, content and campaign planning. The firm has recently invested in producing research based campaign content, so the ability to plan and execute thought leadership based campaigns is crucial.
The ideal candidate for the role of Content Manager will have a good academic record, relevant experience within a professional services environment, ideally in a legal firm, and a proven track record of driving and delivering integrated marketing campaigns. A confident and experienced writer and editor, with the ability to adapt style as appropriate, you will have excellent communication, influencing and project management skills and possess expertise in both the application of digital marketing channels and the management of research agencies.
