Notice No. 79
According to the “Measures on Administration of Hong Kong and Macao Law Firms’ Representative Offices on the Chinese mainland” (Order of China’s Ministry of Justice, No. 104), the following 61 Hong Kong law firms’ representative offices, which have passed the annual review, are permitted to provide legal services, not including Chinese law practices.

According to the Regulations on Administration of Foreign Law Firms’ Representative Offices in China (Order of China’s State Council, No. 338), the following 177 foreign law firms’ representative offices, which have passed the annual review, are permitted to provide legal services, not including Chinese law practices.
