Our colleague who forwarded the information suggested it might be competition for Martindale Hubbell. To us it looks like it may provide a lawyer friendly Linked In type service

All we can really tell you is that there aren’t any telephone contacts available via the website, it appears to be based in France & the UK but we have no idea if it’s a solo start up or affiliated with an existing company already working in legal technology or publishing.
