A press release went out yesterday saying Rocket Lawyer.com has announced it will appoint Ralph Calistri, Senior Vice President of Global Client Development and CEO of Martindale-Hubbell at LexisNexis, to its Board of Directors, effective February 19, 2009.
Calistri joins the Rocket Lawyer board in support of the previously announced strategic alliance between LexisNexis and Rocket Lawyer.
