Duties:
As a commission editor you will commission content for a series of titles and ensure timely delivery of manuscripts
A crucial part of your role is to manage external authors and negotiate contracts
You will be actively involved in developing business cases for titles and working with other departments on editing, online development, sales and marketing.
Requirements:
A degree in Law or a legal background
2 years of relevant editorial experience in legal publishing
Strong communication skills in English
A team player with a flexible and hard working approach
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
