Robots could be running many marketing departments by 2030 says the Global Legal Post…
A number of law firms believe the arrival of robots in marketing could be on the cards, according to a survey carried out for the Law Firm Marketing Summit 2016 on 5 October.
One in five lawyers believe that robots will have a role in marketing departments by 2030, according to research carried out by the Global Legal Post for the inaugural Law Firm Marketing Summit. The research also found that nearly one in two law firms believe that lawyers need to think more creatively about marketing. However, whilst 93 per cent agreed that all lawyers should be involved in marketing, nearly one in two believe that many lawyers could not be taught marketing skills. Sourcing new clients is top of the list for law firms in the next three years, with two in three saying it is their most important aim, whilst getting more business from current clients was second on the list.
