Job Description
Handling and advising on corporate, commercial, hotel management, real estate, intellectual property, regulatory, cross-border and litigation matters
Reviewing and negotiating contracts including hotel management contracts, purchasing contracts, share/asset sale and purchase agreements and leases
Assisting in corporate secretarial matters, including compliance with SGX Listing Rules, drafting of resolutions and preparation and production of Annual Report
Coordinating with and managing external counsel
Work closely with business and support functions to provide service with a focus on timely, effective and practical legal solutions
Requirements
Degree in Law
5 years of post-qualification experience in a common law jurisdiction
Solid background in general commercial & corporate legal work, including corporate restructuring/corporate finance/dealing with SGX listed companies
Hospitality experience not necessary but at least 2 years’ in-house experience preferred
Proactive/can-do attitude, a team player, adaptable, pleasant and articulate
