Law Firm seeks a librarian with excellent customer service and communication skills to serve as a reference/technical services librarian in a fast paced law firm library environment. The position involves knowledge of legal research, including the use of print materials, Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, Bloomberg Law, and other common legal and reference databases. The position also requires management of the librarys technical services aspects, including check-in, routing, cataloging in Softlink Liberty, preparing materials for shelving for all firm offices, and direct supervision of a library filer. Applicants with strong research skills but without legal experience will be considered.
Required Qualifications:
MLIS from an ALA accredited program
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Excellent research skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Experience with Softlink Liberty
Previous law firm experience
