Position: Legal Director
Salary: No less than RMB 700,000 year
Job Description:
1. Overall responsible for all legal systems and legal matters of the company, take part in strategic planning of our company
2. Build up solid corporate legal systems and procedure and process
3. Overseas Mergers & Acquisitions and Recombination
4. Participant and provide the professional opinion on all major projects including financing, investment, M&A and major contracts
5. Be responsible to review, approve and maintain all legal agreement and contract, provide legal opinion to the management
6. In charge of all legal compliance with PRC laws, International laws and regulations and related laws and practice
7. Work closely with senior management, maintain a good balance between protecting the company interests and driving business forward
8. Build, lead, coach and retain legal team at all levels
Qualification:
1. A legal degree from a top-tier law school or university with excellent academic credentials.
2. Experience in Overseas Mergers & Acquisitions and Recombination
3. 5-8 years of legal management experience in a top listed companies is desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills (Mandarin & English); fluent in English
5. Overall Strategic planning ability
6. Related lawyer license;
7. US law school education is a plus
8. Age no more than 42 years old
