Legal Director Chonburi
Business Type: Oil & Gas Engineering Support
Responsibilities:
Provide management team with advice and counsel on a broad range of legal issues
Draft, review and negotiate all legal documentation
Proficiency in Corporate/Commercial Law, Labour Law, etc.
Provide guidance and assistance to ensure all operations and business activities are carried out in compliance with local laws and regulations
Consult all business units regarding all legal issues/questions
Manage external law firms with regard to litigation cases
Qualifications:
Master?s Degree in Law (preferably from overseas)
At least 10 years of experience in commercial legal in law firm or in-house counsel (experience in oil & gas sector is preferable)
Strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving, time management and communication skills
Deadline-driven, multi-task and energetic
Very good command of English both written and spoken
