Job Description:
Based in Shenzhen, China and working with the business units of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“ICBC (Asia)”) group and counterparties such as banks and corporations, this lawyer will assist in the preparation of contracts and the negotiation of significant transactions/deals in the Asia region as well as providing advice on a variety of commercial and legal matters.
Job Requirements:
A qualified lawyer
At least 3 years experience working in a law firm, bank or financial institution with Asia exposure
Experience in handling banking and lending related documents
Good sense of business and negotiating skills
Proficiency in both Chinese and English including Putonghua
In-house experience is an asset
