This is an opportunity for a bilingual Chinese and English lawyer to join a dynamic legal team of a Fortune 500 company, a leader in the real estate field. The role is based in Beijing but the lawyer will expected to manage a wide range of legal, risks and governance issues for the business?s operations across the Greater China region including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Real estate experience will be viewed favourably, as would top firm experience or similar in-house environment with a US Multinational.
