LawRank is a legal marketing company specializing in SEO, PPC, web design, and content production.
We are looking for an attorney or a JD that can both write and edit high-quality content for our client websites.
The ideal candidate has a passion for writing and the law, as well as some experience with SEO copywriting and editing.
This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities of this job
- Writing blog posts, practice area pages, landing page content, attorney bios, and other types of copy for attorneys and law firms
- Researching legal topics that will help drive traffic to our client websites
- Editing content submitted by freelance writers to check for legal accuracy, readability, and adherence to LawRank formatting standards
Requirements
- The ability to explain legal concepts in a clear and concise manner to a lay audience
- 3+ years of writing and editing experience
- impressive command of grammar, punctuation, and plain English
- Ability to constantly collaborate with and support team members
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working on a dynamic editorial team.
Education Requirements
- JD, US accredited law school
Not Required, but a plus
- Licensed to practice law
- Prior SEO/web content development experience preferred
The most successful candidate will have a willingness to adapt and implement changes as tides in the legal marketing industry change, as they often do. What we do is not static. It is fluid, and the best candidate for this role will be able to embrace that.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
