High profile hedge fund with over $20 billion in assets under management is seeking a Legal Analyst for a two year contract in its Hong Kong office. Reporting to the COO and Head of Legal in Hong Kong and working closely with the legal team in the US, the Legal Analyst will be required to draft legal and transactional documents, handle trade and portfolio review, prepare and review securities filings and act as a liaison with outside counsel. You should have excellent academics from a top tier University, with strong written/organizational abilities, an aptitude for multitasking and time management, desire to work as part of a team and an ability to work across both HK and NY offices. With excellent communication skills, you should have a good knowledge of Asia business/governance & strong research skills. Will consider a fresh graduate but candidates with at least a years? experience, ideally in a bank preferred. You must be a native level English speaker and Chinese language skills will be viewed favourably.
