Position Responsibilities
Our client is a leader in providing information technology solutions to global organisations across diverse industry sectors.? A new position has arisen for a corporate compliance professional based in their Beijing office.
You will be providing legal support across the Greater China region on the company’s corporate compliance global programmes and initiatives.
This is a highly visible role and one which offers excellent career progression.
Knowledge of FCPA (or alternative equivalent) and anti-bribery laws is sought as is experience of advising senior management on business conduct and anti-corruption laws.? A minimum of 8 years relevant experience is required.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Juris Doctor/Bachelor of Laws
Min 8 years post qualified experience
Working knowledge and experience advising clients on anti-corruption laws (particularly the FCPA or local Chinese equivalent)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working with senior management
Fluent in Chinese and English languages
