Minimum Education and Experience |
Candidates must have a J.D. from an A.B.A. accredited law school; M.L.S. or equivalent from an A.L.A. accredited program. |
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
Strong knowledge of legal information sources; excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of people; strong service ethic.
This is a full-time tenure-track faculty position where a good knowledge of both law and training as a professional librarian are required.
Previous experience as a reference librarian working in law libraries is preferred. |

Use of the library’s OPAC software; Microsoft Office experience especially with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. |
Physical Demands and Work Environment |
Occasional light lifting of books and other materials is required, up to 20 pounds. |
