Elizabeth Anne Yates and Anthony Ian Keizner were married Thursday at the Manhattan Marriage Bureau. James Mitchell a member of the office of the New York City clerk, officiated. On Saturday, the couple had another ceremony at the Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, Md., where Niclas Kvarnstrom, a friend of the bridegroom who is a counselor at the Swedish Mission to the United Nations, led the couple in vows that they wrote.

Mrs. Keizner, 34, is a law librarian in the Manhattan office of Linklaters, the London law firm. She graduated from Kenyon College and received a master?s in information and library science from the Pratt Institute.

She is the daughter of Natalie F. Yates and Philip R. Yates of York, Pa. The bride?s father, who retired as the chief executive of Graham Packaging, a manufacturer there of plastic bottles, is now a senior adviser to Irving Place Capital, an investment firm in Manhattan.

Mr. Keizner, 38, is a managing director at Glocap Search, a recruitment firm that specializes in finding personnel for hedge funds, in Manhattan. He graduated from Wadham College at Oxford and received an M.B.A. from Harvard.

He is a son of Kathie Keizner and Ian C. Keizner of Gerrards Cross, England. The bridegroom?s parents, both retired, worked together at Hibernian Insurance Brokers, which was in Amersham, England; his mother was an account executive, and his father the chief executive.

The bride?s previous marriage ended in divorce
