A California law firm is seeking to enjoin a rival from using Luchador-related phrases to advertise its business, alleging those infringe its registered 1-800-LUCHADOR trademark.
Yagoubzadeh Law Firm LLP alleges that Ulises Pizano-Diaz’s continued use of the ABOGADO LUCHADOR, LUCHADOR LAWYER, and LL LUCHADOR LAW marks is trademark infringement under federal law and unfair competition in violation of federal and California law, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California Tuesday.
