Our client, an International Law Firm is urgently looking for a Training and Development Manager to join their HK office in Central.
Job Responsibilities:
?????? Design the Commercial Awareness Training programmes for Business Services Staff and legal secretaries in Asia
?????? Deliver induction sessions to new joiners on a regular basis
?????? Implement regional trainee training programmes to lawyers on a monthly basis
?????? Work closely with COO and Partners to identify training needs
?????? Design skills training e.g. communication skills, client service, time management, project management, presentation skills, meeting skills, etc.
?????? Responsible for the evaluation process for BS courses including creation of evaluation forms, preparing report and ensuring that actions are implemented where possible
?????? Ensure that learning interventions meet standard CPD/CLE requirements for lawyers or any compulsory skills requirements and that points are allocated appropriately after the course on the lawyers? personal records
?????? Create and maintain course information/advertising for the Learning intranet site
?????? Manage all administrative aspects of the re-qualification process in Hong Kong
?????? Keep up-to-date with changes in the re-qualification requirements and alert management as appropriate
Job Requirements:
?????? Bachelor degree in any disciplines
?????? At least 4 years experience in Training and Development role within Legal/CPA Firms
?????? Solid experience in handling training programmes and course delivery and management
?????? Excellent English and Chinese writing skills
?????? Well versed with MS Office applications, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Word
?????? Good command of spoken of English and Chinese writing
?????? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Less experience will be considered as a Training and Development Officer
